马来西亚移民局总监凯鲁日前召开新闻发布会指出，通过 MyTravelPass 申请出入境的申请者，可在3-5天内获得当局回复，以确定申请是否被批准，比起过往的7-10天等候期节省了许多时间。

申请者提交申请后将收到马来西亚移民局通知，说明当局已收到有关人士的申请。

申请者通过“我的跨境准证 (MyTravelPass)” 可做出以下的申请：

  1. 新加坡互惠绿道(RGL)入境申请；
  2. 马新周期性通勤安排(PCA)入境申请；
  3. 马来西亚公民在可考虑原因下提出的出境申请；
  4. 外籍人士或永久居民在可考虑的原因下提出的入境申请；
  5. 雇主为家庭帮佣或临时工作准证者提出的入境申请；
  6. 马来西亚公民或永久居民的伴侣或孩子的入境申请；
  7. 外籍专才的入境及出境申请；
  8. 马来西亚第二家园计划下的外籍人士申请。
